Hops varieties in our trade

The raw material is purchased in three locations: two company warehouses in the Lublin region and one in the Nowotomyski district in western Poland. All varieties of hop offered by our company are covered by long-term contracts.

LUB

LUBELSKI

An aroma variety derives from the Czech Saaz variety. Its α-acid content is 3.0 – 4.5%, while the plantation yield is about 1500 – 2000 kg/ha. The plant has medium-sized golden-green cones and exudes a very pleasant, delicate aroma of hops.

SYB

SYBILLA

An aroma variety derived from the Polish Lubelski variety . The content of α-acids is 5.0 – 7.0% and the plantation yield is about 1700 – 2200 kg/ha. Its cones are slightly pointed with a light green color. A noble, typical hoppy aroma, slightly floral and spicy.

MAR

MARYNKA

A dual variety derived from the English Brewers Gold variety. The content of α-acids is 7.0 – 10.0%. The yield of this variety is about 2000 – 2500 kg/ha. The cones are oval in shape, dense and closed, of yellow-green colour. Grassy, hoppy aroma with hints of citrus, quite intense but pleasant.

HTR

HALLERTAUER TRADITION

An aromatic variety derived from the German Hallertauer Gold variety. The content of α-acids is 4.0 – 7.0%, and the plantation yield is about 1800 – 2300 kg / ha. Medium-sized round cones. A strong, pleasantly herbal-grassy aroma with notes of sweet fruit.

PER

PERLE

A bitter variety with a noticeable flavor, derived from the American Northern Brewer variety. Its α-acid content is 4.0 – 9.0%. The productivity of this variety is about 2500-3000 kg/ha. Medium-sized, rounded cones and a VERY pleasant aroma with a hint of spicy.

HMG

HALLERTAUER MAGNUM

A bitter variety bred on the basis of the American Galena variety . Its α-acid content is 10.0 – 16.0%, while the plantation yield is about 2500 – 3500 kg/ha. Large, compact and cylindrical dark green cones with a strong and intense aroma.

MGN

MAGNAT

A bitter variety derived from the German Hallertauer Magnum. The content of α-acids is 12.0 – 15.0%. The yield of this variety is about 2500 – 4000 kg/ha. The cones are large and slightly oblong. Typical hoppy aroma, quite intense.

Business operating area

Many years of experience in the cooperation with growers in all regions of hop growing in the country allows us to offer uniform lots of raw material for the brewing industry, despite the large fragmentation of the plantations.

Thanks to constant quality control and an established form of direct contact with growers, the required conditions and rules for growing, plant protection and harvesting of hops are always kept. This allows us to achieve equal quality and control the raw material at every stage of production.
